They put out a PR saying there's a demand for the mjac material so they are making it available. In that same PR the CEO is quoted saying..

"The Company had an excellent experience at the MJAC Conference and demonstrated it could produce and distribute a high quality live event to a worldwide audience. The CannaNet.TV team also met with numerous advertisers, publishers and investors during the Conference who showed a great deal of enthusiasm for our platform, which will uniquely benefit their content and products”

Deals don't get signed overnight. Sick of people claiming mjac was a bust because there are no contract announcements. That quote says it all right there, they knocked it out of the park at mjac.
