Remember that the O/S will be closer to 70M and in a buyout scenario after the merger is completed the O/S would be in the neighborhood of 400M after all preferred shares are converted.

So I highly doubt a buyout in the 40M area, maybe 4M which would be .01 a share.

This is why the split is no good for shareholders as you have been massively diluted in the company.
