No clue why I even talk about this when it was actually my least favorite in Troy acquisition.

Here goes - Any common sense would know that you need to sign a lease for naughty girl shop.

Security deposit + 12month lease. Typical would be $2k-$3K a month for business front. All the inventory, the worker to remodel and such = $10k min. Anyone hired people to do a bathroom remodel? The kitchen is where it will cost a bit too.

Need upfront money to do all these. And they got upfront money. Just simple read and we already looking at $2k rent since May or july? = $6k to $12K rent. Already looking at $40K+ expense. Anyone wants here dropping that kind of dough? Money is there.
