Depends, I dont know for sure the cost for solicitation, but there is a lot of other things involved that cost money. You have to be fully reporting and audited I believe. It take quite a bit of accounting time to get up to date, plus legal filings with the SEC. All in all it probably isnt cheap at all.

All in my own Opinion, Not a Recommendation!!! But let's try to make some money!
