Whenever I want a good laugh, I look at the latest filing. Company is in the tank with over $20m in debt, it lost about $30M last year, they had to increase their authorized shares to 1 BILLION bc of mismanagement with these conversions, and the officers have the audacity to pay themselves millions of dollars. Imagine that. Paying urself a million bucks for running a company to the ground. IMO
