I’m afraid that they short answer means they don’t really want to get into detail and I think that no matter what contract cogent gets, Aspire will not reap the rewards because something really seems fishy. Cogent solutions is very much like and better than aspire, leading me to question would they even use aspire, if Aspire is not officially their partner, would Cogent even need to disclose any financial obligation to aspire. This lack of documentation seems really odd. It can’t be a secret.
