If a company is in negotiations for contracts, to include their MAP partner (who is in final negotiations on what we assume to be several deals) they hold no legal requirement to disclose the information in a prior quarter.

And to be quite honest, holding back revenues that you MAY incur in a later quarter is a smart decision IMVHO.
