I wish that was the Troy we are dealing with today. B/c he would have pump this up really good. BUt instead he stay transparent. YOu know he didn't need to file that yesterday correct? If he is scam like you kept trying to indicate, then he would be typical scam CEO that won't file anything accurately and keep everyone in the dark. He doesn't need to file to SEC. Last I checked, subpenny OTC never ask SEC for permission to give out shares to CD.
