DIGI tweeted today saying they're excited to share the new 8K filing w/ OTC. Come to find out it's the CEO that's in charge of almost everything is resigning. Idk about you guys but this is too sketchy lmao. CEO can now buy/sell shares of the company w/ out having to report it, mind you.
