IMO Miller is/was a pasty..a stooge..a poor slob hoping for a payday to pay off his flea market funnel cake tab.

Eddie knows that the name Vakser is toxic and that public involvement by him in any ticker is a non starter.

Luther is a convicted thief and FELON so he can't be an officer or director.

So Eddie and Luther sucker Billy into being the only official "officer" of a new clean company. IMO Miller hasn't written a single statement yet...it's all been Eddie and Luther.

IMO Luther has been selling AND using that kratow dope and it's further affecting his already impaired judgment. But hey..he's willing to work for free and using Billy Miller gave them both a degree of distance and legal cover for this scam. Too bad it blew up in their fat faces.
