I'm confused by the term "Insiders are cashing out". Aren't you the same people complaining that the insiders have 3 billion votes? 500,000 shares is a small withdrawal. Make up your minds. They have enough shares that it really doesn't matter to them if they sell before Q3 or after a 50% run. They may just need the money now, so they'll sell a fraction of a percent of their shares now.
