Because they issued shares for the acquisition but then that fell through...so the outstanding shares dropped back down...right? There has definitely been some dilution here. just trying to figure out to what extent. and what the reason was. I still believe it was to finish paying off the remaining debt in order to have a clean slate to start with after the acquisition. The numbers add up. we will see. Still waiting for an email response. Everyone should send them one to ask for an explanation.
