perhaps slightly, but usually as more shares enter the market, if the company isnt percieved to gain the same amount of value applicable with the new shares at the current PPS, the pps drops to keep a similar Market cap. Yes the market cap is the total amount of money all the shares in the O/S is worth, but it also represents the markets idea of a companies value. So generally with dilution it remains the same.

All in my own Opinion, Not a Recommendation!!! But let's try to make some money!
