and HE is the GUY in CHARGE of FHFA -the CONSERVATOR & REGULATOR

Treasury has said he expects payments to be made -
but is talking with Mel on some resolution on buffer
Treasury's main focus now is Tax reform until year's end

Congress is SURE NOT gonna DO ANYTHING anytime soon -
unless they are FORCED to ACT - they WANT the NWS cash

my take - only GSE pps pop stimulus is posible POSITIVE COURT Ruling

I'm not expecting any "immediate" COURT results posivite or negative
