But it is how it is. Doesn't mean they can't announce something next week.

My point is...and continues to be, until an 8K shows up with some definitive language, nothing is "real".

And if there is no 8K today, then that means when DP announced a "done deal" this past Monday, at that time, there was no materiality about it to BVTK....despite the wide spread belief that there was.
