I'm not sure what the initials stand for, but one price is the value if the buyers pick the ore up in the Philippines and the higher value is if CWRN delivers the ore to China. Depends on the expense (and risk) of delivery as to which to choose. Initially, all ore will be sold off the dock at the lower price.
