I emailed Matt to confirm whether Cannabis Consortium was a subsidiary or a spin-off.

His response: I will state this, you cannot spin off a company you do not own 100% of. I am not doing a back door R/S and no one absolutely no one has to swap their shares at all.

Since he confirmed that CC is a bonafide subsidiary, I replied and asked about the percentage TGGI owns of Cannabis Consortium and what percentage of CC revenues will show up on the TGGI balance sheet:

His response: That info will be in the forth coming report.

I think this is going to get pretty awesome very soon! Better get your 3s and 4s :)
