It's possible that they may put in the same pr as upcoming substantial news. It could all be very strategic...considering that this is still under the radar, this has a lot of potential to run hard and fast considering the sector it's in. I think this recent pr was an introduction for those who don't know who OCSY is and what they can can expect. The next prs imho may be the ones that have all of the meat necessary for a massive run, i.e. staring there won't be a rs...considering where B*TK is with a float 6 times larger than ours, and the share price is at .005, there's no need for a rs. With the right news or any more cyber attacks, this can pop to multipennies over night...OCSY
