Again, I will trust my broker, TDAmeritrade over a foreign outfit any day. Clearstream does not have the legal obligation TDAmeritrade has to insure they report the DTCC list accurately or timely. And, NEOM's CFO also has a legal obligation to report the facts in this case as he knows them. In this case, he also states NEOM HAS NO DTCC RESTRICTIONS on it. Shaken, yes, but not chilled.
