The company IS fervently looking for better financing to replace these notes. They mentioned so in a Letter to Shareholders back in August:

"We are looking for better financing to replace these notes and we anticipate a cash flow that will support the growth of the Company and service our expenses."

The company recently stated there are no plans for a reverse split.

"Finally, there is no plan for a reverse split at this time; however we may need to do an increase of authorized shares to stay in compliance with note holders on reserve share requirements."

The company also shows no indication of upping their Authorized Share count. On September 18th, they updated their filings with the NV SOS and as of today's date, have not increased their authorized share count from the current 10 billion.

The reason for no AS increase may have something to do with the fact they anticipate increased cash flow to support operations vs. taking on more toxic notes. The company recently pointed this out in their shareholder letter:
