Yes...according to the terms of that LOI AND SANP also states that they expect to be fully merged over the next 30 to 45 days in a statement that they made - with this next month dedicated to details of directorships, etc....which tells me that they are much further along in this deal than they previously revealed AND the addition of World Market Ventures/ownership tells me also that even back in August of this year - they had the strategy to move on this merger.

I'm telling you guys - this is not the time to be selling. Do what you like, but I am working my own plan here and it is not for small tick flips.
