Prove that BVTK gets 10% of contract gross amount. It doesn't say that anywhere. Ihubbers seem to think there is no cost involved in implementing these contracts, and that magically 10% of contracted value BEFORE work starts goes to BVTK. That is absurd.
DP doesn't even KNOW what their costs will be, and there could be overruns. They won't be giving BVTK payments off the top while losing money on the overall contract. Holy crap!!
