You think 1.5 billion shares is too much? Well, consider this, there are a number of individual ONCI stockholders left over from ONCI's triple zero days who, by themselves, own up to 1/5th of a billion shares. I, myself, am one of them. I own, a significantly measurable percentage of a billion shares, not as much as I would like, not as much as others who post here, but enough to make me a Very Wealthy man, so no, I don't think 1.5 billion shares is too much. You might try looking at it from the perspective of where ONCI came from.
