Mutual Fund Monday coming

Unemployment looking better, stocks grabbing positive press attention, bond funds have shown it is possible to lose money and flip into stocks, short Hedge Funds in tech have the fear of Intel in them, Trim Tabs showing monster moves back into equity funds.

When I feel this comfortable going long it seems the right time a market bomb out of left field will do least damage and gets released. If not, can't see any short term reason not to be 100% long.
