Reasons I like this stock:

1) Communication with CEO is very open

2) 11 mil float

3) They are current

4) The current market cap is undervalued compared to some holding-type companies that are way way overinflated

5) Very little in convertible notes. With a market cap of 3 million, and demonstrated ability to acquire companies

6) They have already taken over a publicly traded company (ALKM) and financed the acquisition very well

7) Proven record of paying their loans (albeit the loans being small amounts) back ----> This means the company is growing
