Admire your enthusiasm but the problem with the whole story has been just that. "Sometime in the next 90 to 120 days"...... there will be an announcement, we will finish the card and send it to a global card company for final approval, we are talking with big banks, security card companies
...... oh and by the way we need money.

And that is problem 2: Don't doubt her hard work and vision but perhaps if we had taken on a partner a few years ago we might have gotten to the point of commercialization by now and avoided frustrating shareholders to an extreme level.
I don't buy the argument that those potential partners wanted too much ... existing shareholders have watched their holdings being slowly diluted by the never ending capital raisings anyway. My guess is that she is fearful of loosening her total control over the company.
