You guys keep saying that, but it is absolutely not true. Bids and contracts do include profit for the contract holders. But when they talk about a percentage for a finder's fee, the percentage comes out of the profit - after all costs of implementing the contract have been accounted for.
Yes, a contract can be huge. But that doesn't mean that all of that money is even received - it is generally a limit on what can be paid. A 100M contract can be fulfilled for less than 100M, and if it is, the difference is not pocketed by the contractor. Contractors are paid on invoices showing material, labor and other costs as well as profit, monthly or on whatever agreed schedule.
So those dreaming of $100M cash out of a Darkpulse contract are just that - dreaming. Business just doesn't work that way.
