Siaf bought half of the shares for 10 bucks, but letting ECAB sell the other half on the market.



They are not selling anything on the market. At this price?

They still have 2.1M shares after conversion for $10. A bit more than 10% probably if you exclude the collateral shares. And they are free shares for them. No way they are selling for any price IMO.
