This seems pretty low. I think we did $2.80 last year and excluding the gains from the conversion of triway (I think it was like $5 in book value) we are at .39 cents eps this year.
snow has said that just triway should do $40m profit, so if siaf owns 36.6% thats $14.64m / say 20m shares = .73 cents by itself.
when you guys are quoting EPS are you using like 20 million shares or do you include the collateral shares which at last count were I think 5 or 6 million. Since theoretically the collateral shares will go away, I try to look at it at full diluted but excluding collateral shares
