fl_exec, thank you for your honesty. I believe your post is sincere.

Perhaps management is compelled to coordinate the release of acquisition news in conjunction with the release of the next note due to hit in about 3 1/2 weeks(not certain timeline is correct) . If management has indeed chosen to pursue this strategy, it's possible shareholders wont see acquisition news for another three weeks. All speculation on my part of course. Like most of you, I prefer to see filings/ news asap, but I'm willing to wait an additional three weeks if necessary .
