Note holders usually collect. They lend, convert, dilute, and repeat.

In this case they converted to $2.6m worth of stock!!

Notes are always out of site because most of the time the note holder never collects on it because The company goes out of business. Lets see in the company pays off some of or all of the debt with cash.
