if warrants are dead - do you see the SR PAPER as given up by the GOV for nothing ?

see where I think warrants are kept by GOV but the SR PAPER is viewed in an agreement as extinguished by dividends paid

if both remain outstanding - ouch

and I can not see the GOV just giving up BOTH the sr paper and the warrants for no further compensation of some sort
