Only 100% legitimate companies use the German courts for bankruptcy in order to better the company and restructure for long term growth. I'm sure the courts have a good reason for allowing it. The debt is from previous owners that current owners and management had nothing to do with. Bankruptcy is sometimes necessary to continue in business and that's exactly what Momentous is doing. Great news today for shareholders.
