Everything regarding AISS is controlled by Georgia Aerospace and Dr. Mensah and his board own majority shares of this entity.
Setting up an escrow account does not mean CSHD and Rufus have any equity in AISS. They have to come up with equity cash investment. They cannot call CVSU people in an emergency meeting and appoint them to AISS board. We hold controlling interest in AISS and Georgia Aerospace.
