The damage is done. No one trusts him anymore. I certainly would not now. He pulled a fast one on everyone. People trusted him and took the stock to .0060 thinking the dilution would not occur under .01 and then he pulls this shit saying just kidding folks Im going to dump $1,000,000 dollars of stock on you out the door at .0010.
