Lay controls both Dreamlife and IBRC. He has admitted he has no clue about the history of this company, even though he filed pretend financial statements saying otherwise to get the stop sign removed. Obviously is is easy to get current with OTCM.

If asking about FINRA, they have discretion to request a full history and detail of every share issuance and every corporate event.

One way or another, DL has been lying since day one (day one being Lay's purchase of CONTROL of the company).
