a) He knows PFS are bad and dumps into the pump? (notice all the selling at $9-$10?)
b) He knows PFS are good and doesn't scheme to keep the price low so he and his buddies can buy later? There are multiple ways to do this (e.g. via a press release that the data are very preliminary). In general, I don't see the company making ANY effort to reign the hype..
I'll take (a) anytime...
