It was a Pump&Dump orchestrated by CEO and lots of people fell for it , simple as that. There were so many red flags i could have seen it from miles away

Move on folks , and never chase P&Ds , fastest way to lose your money and be an unsuccessful trader in the longterm

Oh and one more thing, if you hear any CEO in OTC land tweets/PR that S/He is thinking about or planning or wanting or dreaming or.... to lower A/S , it actually means he is about to dilute the crap out of the stock , it's been the case 99% of the time, never fails. And they know they can pull these mini securities frauds only in OTC land and get away with it
