What is Holland supposed to say?

We did a 1:100 reverse stock split? Oh BTW I can't comment on the proposed merger until it does or does not happen? He is gagged by the current situation right now. Munzee can take it's sweet time deciding on how fast to proceed. FreezeTag still has to audit Munzee's financials according to their filings which is ironic since Freezetag would probably say YES to anybody at this point. It's the FreezeTag structure that is the biggest problem.

Keeping the FreezeTag name is a big mistake imo. They should really convert it to Munzee if the merger does go thru.

How much revenue do you think FRZT had for quarter ending 9/30/17? Anything over $5,000 would seem to be a miracle.

I look at this as a bailout for Holland and Donohee. They are still going to get paid salaries and they will eventually get most of their company loans back, but it will take time. This is a chance for Munzee to take advantage of an opportunity to go public, unfortunately at the expense of the current FreezeTag shareholder base.
