quick question... someone was telling me today that Deleware is apparently a safe haven for scams for some reason.. supposedly the laws there are much more lax and less inforced than in any other states... Arizona is trying to compete... But if you are going to register a "sh*t business" we will call it, you do it in Deleware??? as the reporting is lax.. has anyone heard of this??
Oh yah and something about taxes there too..
