Seriously. I doubt that George Alvarez would have put himself in legal jeopardy by making statements on the phone or in e-mails. Those who have really followed CHTL/VELA know that they filed on time and even if the filings were misleading, that is how CHTL/VELA covered their butts.
I have always posted that investors should read the SEC Filings. Traders not so much.

TOBIN SMITH and his NBT Research should have been investigated by the SEC/FBI for fraud. Tobin Smith even claimed to be a CHTL insider and his followers posted flat out lies, mainly on social media and/or stock websites that allow anything and everything to be posted. Fraud. Explains why they hate me and a few others who posted the truth. And even worse than that? I profited from this POS twice! LMFAO
