I agree there is something wrong with the way this trades. If it is as good as they say it is they would dump everything they own into this and buy at the ask. The only way the share price will appreciate is if we know the terms of the merger/acquisition. We all know that the there will be a transaction that's not news anymore. Now its about the devil in the details.
