What are these NDA's that people keep talking about? Because Kenny once made a statement that NDA's were signed like two years ago. Every time you talk to anyone in the business world about IP you sign an NDA and thousands are signed every day and 99.9% are just a useless piece of paper. As a publicly traded company there can be no NDA's in place for years that have anything to do with funding or partnerships.
