Yes, that is the only news that I could find triggering the latest spikes.
However that news is over a week old. Since there was no 'material' PR associated with these latest PPS spikes, I suspect that we are going to soon see some good profit taking putting downward pressure on the PPS. It news some solid news to perform a catalyst to 'hold' the PPS IMO. That has not happened.
