Truly transparent stocks...
find true valuation after the longhaul of said transparency, alla filings, 10Q, 10K, etc. The failure of fins to come out in a timely fashion after delays and manipulation, i.e. the 50M shares issue with the Nevada SOS, only takes out the overall steam of the price appreication. Pinkies filing don't correct for the first time to true valuation, even to a median multiple. The balloon is deflated, and what coulda been a 50 to 75 cent channel after surge is now probaly a 20-25 cent channel.
