C. Defendant Oberman is ordered to pay to the Commission One Hundred
Twenty-Five Thousand Canadian Dollars ($125,000.00), which, as Defendant
Oberman stipulates, his undersigned counsel holds in escrow for no purpose other than payment to the Commission. Such payment must be made within 7 days of entry of this Order by electronic fund transfer in accordance with instructions previously provided by a representative of Plaintiffs. Upon such payment, the remainder of the judgment is suspended as to Defendant Oberman, subject to the Subsections below.
