Asset 1 + asset 2 - net debt - NON operating assets/liabilities = value

7.403= 3.12 (MrMD)+ x - (-1.43 mil)

7.403= 3.12 (MrMD) + x + 1.43 mil

Here's a hint: subtracting debt ("minus net debt") does not mean adding debt, which you did.

You also then listed the formula and applied its logic entirely incorrectly.

If you don't think accrued expenses are a part that calculation I don't think we should be having a conversation on financial assets.
