Try. Has both situations. When restricted shares are dumped it hurts pps. As the float grows, downward pressure increases. If mcig is the great company you claim it to be, then it's in the longs' best interest to Hagee a low float vs a high float. Bigger returns. Investors playing these otc stocks are ultimately playing fot big returns.
