Let me put this possibility out ....Probable is more like it given the volume last week,etc...The recent private placement ,,stock offering,, included more than just insiders ...The offering included Warrants ...A purchaser could buy say 150,000 shares get warrants good for 3 yrs for another 150,000 shares ...Now sell stock for a small profit ...getting your money back ...And now you're are sitting with 150,000 shares for 3 years for free ....when you exercise the warrants down the road when the stock price is way beyond 2.00 ..........Kerby I'm sure did his best to get long term investors in the placement but not everyone will honor what they claim.
