I would be ecstatic if that was rolled into this and the only thing that ended up rolling in but how do you know that this 2 things are going to be rolled on?

I am just trying to look at all aspects of this and most of it just doesn't make sense to me...why would he pretty much just give us millions of dollars for free? It's not like we helped raise capital for a business venture that took off. He is literally giving the shareholders here millions and millions of dollars for free and it just doesn't make sense.

Did anyone ever consider that there may be toxic debt in one or more of these companies and that he plans only roll that into this new ticker? Honestly that makes more sense then anything else that I have heard here.
